2021 Pinot Gris, La Encantada

La Encantada Pinot Gris shows a crisp green color that is nicely integrated with the light gold yellow. Stunning notes of lime, lemon, white peaches, white nectarine, honeysuckle, Jasmine flower and hay give such a stunning complexed notes on the nose. With the first sip the first what you will notice is pronounced acid and saline minerality that give this wine so much character of Sta. Rita Hills. Notes of lemon, apricot and yellow apple round the prettiness of this wine. Every year I am stunned by the beauty of this wine and it never fails!
